Here at Tactical, we welcome anyone who thinks they have what it takes to help brands with their marketing and complete Field Sales work on behalf of Tactical. That’s why we launched the Flexx Team, where anyone in the UK can sign up and pick up as many hours as they like, helping Tactical to do what they do best.
As we reach a very busy time of year for the Flexx Department, we thought we’d introduce the team who make it all happen. Say hello to (left to right) Sally, Kat, Maxine, Georgie, Emily and Jeni, our Flexx Support Team at Head Office, who keep the running of the Flexx Team up to scratch.

Sally
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
Around three and a half years altogether!
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Speaking to our lovely workers, and the amount of variety! It’s something different every day.
What do you get up to at the weekends?
I love spending time with my granddaughter also, I have a caravan and use that most weekends.
Favourite film?
Has to be Coming to America!
Kat
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
Doesn’t feel like it but 12 and a half years
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
The amount of variety that comes along with the role!
What do you get up to at the weekends?
Spending time with family, going to the cinema or sometimes seeing a good show at the theatre!
Favourite film?
There’s just too many – can’t choose one!
Maxine
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
Nearly 10 years
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Recruiting new people and seeing them complete work for us as they learn and grow
What do you get up to at the weekends?
Spending time with my family, going on walks and a spot of gardening if the weather allows for it.
Favourite film?
I don’t watch films – always fall asleep halfway through or just before the end!
Georgie
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
Just 18 months!
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Talking with our lovely reps, building campaigns for a variety of clients and working with the flexxy ladies.
What do you get up to at the weekends?
Playing on my little online interior shop and going outdoors with my fur baby, Nev.
Favourite film?
Obsessed with Harry Potter and Joy!
Emily
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
2 and a half months
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Gaining new skills and experience and helping new workers through registration and then seeing them go on to take on work successfully!
What do you get up to at the weekends?
Going out with my friends, spending time with my family and going to the gym

Jeni
How long have you been with Tactical Solutions?
About 4 and a half years!
What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Working with a great team and every day is different!
What do you get up to at the weekends?
Ferrying my kids around to various sporting activities or gigs, love cooking and an occasional tipple!
Favourite film?
Changes all the time, right now I’ll be getting ready to watch the Harry Potter series again….perfect for getting ready for Christmas!
