We’re delighted to announce that Tactical Solutions is now back in store with Co-op to undertake the latest POS compliance program.
Having long worked with Co-op as their preferred branded POS compliance partner, in which our data first approach has seen levels of compliance more than double from 32% in 2017 to 78% in 2021, our new partnership will focus on increasing stock visibility to drive sales across its store network.
We’re already underway with our tailored AUDIT – FIX – EDUCATE – MAINTAIN programme designed to deliver results quickly and efficiently. So far, we’ve been busy with our first phase, capturing research and analysing the findings from across their full estate of stores.
Thanks to the in-depth analysis we’ve undertaken, we’ve developed a highly effective strategy to target and improve stores that have recorded numerous instances of non-compliance for the same POS type. This can include a range of issues, from insufficient space to display POS to incorrect fixture fittings.
And now our amazing team is back out in store, supporting store colleagues, addressing issues and making the identified changes.
What will happen next? Well, our territory sales managers will be working with each store’s team on the programme, helping them learn about delivering compliance and the value it brings in increasing sales.
With regular visits from our team each promotional period, we will also continue to oversee that the targeted strategy is activated effectively to help increase stock and visibility improvements as Co-op hits its peak season rhythm.
